Yes, a facelift or neck lift is often combined with other facial procedures to achieve more comprehensive and balanced rejuvenation. One common combination is a brow lift, which addresses sagging in the upper face and forehead. Patients may also choose to enhance their results by incorporating procedures that target a double chin or stubborn fat beneath the jawline. Additionally, patients with severely lax neck skin may benefit from incorporating advanced neck skin tightening techniques alongside their lift for a smoother, firmer neckline.

A facelift surgery usually takes between 3 to 5 hours to complete, depending on the extent of the procedure and whether its combined with other treatments. In facelift/necklift procedures, fat can be added to the face through fat grafting or can be removed with liposuction. In some instances, an incision is made under the chin to remove fat, and tighten the neck muscles.

Most patients can return to daily activities and work within 2 weeks after surgery. However, full recovery, including the subsiding of residual swelling, can take several months.
