Anna is one of our four directors at Pacific Plastic Surgery. With a background as an ICU nurse, complemented an MBA, Anna has extensive knowledge and experience of the clinical side of surgery as well as business and is an excellent source of knowledge for the team and for patients.
Mendy
Cosmetic Coordinator / Office Manager
Mendy brings over 20 years of patient care and service experience. She has a thorough knowledge of the surgical options available and believes in providing superior customer service with a detail-oriented understanding of patient needs. All cosmetic patients will meet Mendy, as she coordinates and assists in implementing their surgical path.
Maria
Patient Care Coordinator
Maria has been a dedicated staff member, working alongside Dr. Demianczuk for 16 years as a receptionist and patient care coordinator. Her extensive experience and friendly demeanor make her an invaluable part of the team, ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Maria’s organizational skills and attention to detail contribute to a smooth and seamless experience for our patients undergoing procedures.
Taran
Peri-operative Nurse
Taran is our peri-operative nurse, and is fueled by her passion for reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. Having completed her Licensed Practical Nurse training at Vancouver Career College, she is constantly building on her clinical skills and knowledge. Taran is a critical member of our peri-operative team, helping clients in their surgical pathway both before, and after surgery. Her calm and reassuring nature helps ensure a smooth recovery.
Taylor
Aesthetician and Skincare Specialist
Taylor began her career as a Kinesiologist after graduating from University of Calgary. Soon after she realized her passion for medical aesthetics and began training to become a Cosmetic Consultant and Laser Technician at one of Calgary’s top Dermatologists. Working alongside a Dermatologist, she was able to gain a vast amount of experience, training and knowledge while keeping up with the latest developments in skincare and aesthetic treatments.
Taylor provides an informative and comforting experience to patients and strives to make them feel and look their very best.
Chantel
Aesthetician and Skincare Specialist
Chantel has over 10 years working in the Aesthetics industry. Her expertise encompasses anti-aging techniques and skin rejuvenation treatments using laser, Morpheus8, microneedling, facials and dermaplaning. Chantel has a wealth of knowledge about skincare products and can recommend a customized treatment protocol to address your concerns. Chantel believes that when you look good you feel good. She’s dedicated to helping clients tap into that inner-confidence and encouraging them to follow their own passions.

Charissa is a skilled Cosmetic Nurse Injector, known for her precision and artistic touch in delivering outstanding aesthetic results. With a deep understanding of facial anatomy and the latest injection techniques, she provides patients with personalized treatments tailored to their unique needs. Charissa’s compassionate and approachable nature helps patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their cosmetic procedures.

Ruby is one of our receptionists and Dr. Lazare’s Patient Coordinator. Sania serves as the receptionist and patient coordinator at Pacific Plastic Surgery, where she manages patient inquiries and appointments with professionalism and care. She ensures a seamless experience for all patients, from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up. Her friendly and organized approach helps create a welcoming atmosphere at the clinic.

Cosmetic Coordinator / Enquiries
Laura is our Cosmetic patient coordinator and has worked in this role for 8 years. She knows everything there is to know about how to prepare for and recover from surgery. Always with a smile on her face she will guide you through every step of the process, from initial call to your final post-surgery visit.
