4 signs you are ready for a Mommy Makeover

Childbirth is one of the most joyful experiences in a woman’s life, however pregnancy and breastfeeding creates many unexpected physical changes in a woman’s body. A “mommy makeover” can help a mother restore her body to her pre-pregnancy shape, and turn back the clock. 4) You have time and support for surgery and recovery

After a Mommy Makeover, you’ll need to plan for a few weeks of recovery time. During this period, you will be restricted in your activities, such as lifting heavy items, twisting or using core muscles. In the early post operative period, it is important that you do not exert yourself.
