Jawline Liposuction with FaceTite

Jawline Liposuction with FaceTite is a minimally invasive, in-office combination treatment that removes stubborn fat beneath the chin and tightens the overlying skin with radiofrequency energy — sculpting a sharper, more defined jawline without the downtime of surgery.

What Is Jawline Liposuction with FaceTite?

Jawline Liposuction with FaceTite combines two complementary technologies to address the two problems that most often soften the lower face: excess fat and loose skin. Fine liposuction removes stubborn fat beneath the chin, while FaceTite’s radiofrequency energy tightens the skin above it — all through a single incision of 3 to 5 millimetres or less.

Dr. Arko Demianczuk is one of the most experienced providers of FaceTite and non-surgical jawline contouring in Vancouver, with over 20 years of clinical experience in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. Personalized, high-quality care is one of the founding principles of Dr. Demianczuk’s practice.

Submental / Jawline Liposuction

A fine cannula is inserted through a tiny, well-hidden incision beneath the chin to gently remove stubborn fat that doesn’t respond to diet or exercise, refining the neck and jawline contour.

FaceTite

FaceTite then uses controlled radiofrequency energy delivered beneath the skin to melt any remaining fat, stimulate collagen and elastin, and tighten the skin from the inside out — achieving a contouring result that approaches a mini neck lift, without a surgical incision, general anesthetic, or the associated downtime.

Who Is a Candidate?

Candidates include individuals with stubborn fullness or fat under the chin, early jowling, or a softened jawline who want a more sculpted profile without general anesthesia, surgical scarring, or extended downtime. Ideal candidates are in good overall health and have mild to moderate skin laxity in the neck and jawline. This treatment is best suited for clients under the age of 50. Patients with significant skin laxity may be better suited to a surgical neck lift or facelift, which will be discussed during your consultation.

The Benefits of Jawline Liposuction with FaceTite

This combination treatment offers several aesthetic and practical benefits, including:

  • Minimally invasive — incisions of 3 to 5 millimetres
  • Performed under local anesthesia, entirely in-office
  • Minimal visible scarring
  • Removes stubborn submental (under-chin) fat
  • Tightens and contours loose jawline and neck skin
  • Minimal downtime — most patients resume normal activities within days
  • Results continue to improve for up to 12 months as collagen rebuilds

Local anesthetic is used to numb the treatment area completely. A small incision (3–5mm) is made beneath the chin, through which a fine cannula removes excess fat. The FaceTite probe is then introduced through the same tiny incision to deliver radiofrequency energy beneath the skin, tightening tissue and further refining the area. The combined procedure typically takes about 45–60 minutes and is performed entirely in-office under local anesthesia.

See FaceTite in Action

FaceTite uses radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RFAL) to deliver heat directly beneath the skin’s surface — melting fat while simultaneously tightening the tissue above it. Watch how the device works below.

Before & After

Recovery From Jawline Liposuction with FaceTite

Most patients experience swelling and bruising for the first one to two weeks, with a compression garment recommended to support results. There is no large dressing to manage. Most patients return to normal activities within a 5-7 days. Initial results are visible within a 1-2 week, with final contouring continuing to improve for up to 6 – 12 months as collagen and elastin rebuild.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Jawline Liposuction with FaceTite the same as a neck lift?

No. A surgical neck lift removes and repositions skin and tissue through incisions, typically under general anesthesia. Jawline Liposuction with FaceTite achieves fat removal and skin tightening non-surgically, through a tiny incision under local anesthetic — ideal for patients who arent ready for, or dont need, a full surgical neck lift.

Will there be visible scarring?

The incision used is typically 3 to 5 millimetres and is placed in an inconspicuous location under the chin, fading to be virtually undetectable over time.

How much downtime should I expect?

Most patients experience mild swelling and bruising for one to two weeks and can return to normal activities within a few days. A compression garment is typically worn for a period after treatment to support results.

When will I see results?

Initial improvement is often visible within the first week as swelling resolves. Skin tightening continues to develop as collagen and elastin rebuild, with final results visible up to 12 months after treatment.

Can this be combined with other treatments?

Yes. Jawline Liposuction with FaceTite is frequently combined with treatments like Morpheus8, genioplasty (chin augmentation), or dermal fillers as part of a broader facial rejuvenation plan. This will be discussed during your consultation.
