Enlargement of the inner vaginal lips, or labia minora, is a medical condition known as labial hypertrophy, which affects many women. In some cases, the labia is very asymmetrical with one labia being much larger than the other one. Regardless of the cause, this condition can be corrected through labial contouring surgery.
